Global Projects
During the last 25 years we have participated in the construction of different process plants with total quality assurance through our design methodology based on information and experience, with an accurate representation of the plant to facilitate the construction and commissioning works.

Campo Dalias Desalination Plant
(Almeria, Spain)
Being one of the largest desalination plants in Europe, the objective of this project was to provide water to 300.000 homes and 8.000 hectares of irrigation land in Almería.
Our contribution was the integral design and the detailed engineering for reverse osmosis, sand filters, cartridge filters and cleaning system including all the piping systems.

Upgrade Antofagasta Desalination Plant
(La Chimba, Chile)
The plant upgrade objective was to ensure the water supply for the area through the desalination process.
In this project the integral upgrade was developed, including the design and the detailed engineering for the cartridge filters and the reverse osmosis ultra-filtration system.

Zarat Desalination Plant
(Zarat, Tunisia)
The project consisted in the development of a new desalination plant to reinforce the water supply capability for the region.
The complete design was carried out including all the piping systems, the reverse osmosis ultra-filtration system and the cartridge filter system.

Labouirda Desalination Plant
(Labouirda, Morocco)
The project was developed as part of Morocco’s strategy for the reinforcement of the drinking water distribution system in the country.
Carrying out the integral development of the plant, the design and detailed engineering of the civil form, the implementation of the equipment and the piping systems were performed.

Camp de Tarragona - terciary treatment
(Tarragona, Spain)
The objective was the development of the tertiary treatment of the WWTP of Vila-Seca i Salou for the supply of water to the chemical industries in the area.
In this project, the design of the piping system for the reverse osmosis ultrafiltration system was carried out, including the detailed engineering.

Alcudia Bay Desalination Plant
(Mallorca, Spain)
The project consisted of the development of a water desalination plant to consolidate the region’s water supply.
The integral design was carried out including the modular design and detailed engineering of the different racks, specialized equipment design and piping systems.

El Ghazi Desalination Plant
(Boujdour, Morocco)
The project was developed as part of Morocco’s strategy for the reinforcement of the drinking water distribution system in the country.
Carrying out the integral development of the plant, the design and detailed engineering of the civil form, the implementation of the equipment and the piping systems were performed.

Aguilas Desalination Plant
(Murcia, Spain)
The objective of this desalination plant was to produce desalinated water for high-yield agriculture in the provinces of Alicante, Murcia and Almeria, supplying an area of approximately 16,000 hectares.
In this project, the stress calculation of the piping systems was carried out.

Anthelia Hotel Desalination Plant
(Tenerife, Spain)
The project was developed to provide high quality drinking water for the Anthelia Hotel.
The plant integral design was performed including the design and the detailed engineering for the civil form, the equipment layout and the piping system.

WWTP La Gavia
(Madrid, Spain)
The development of the plant was aimed at purifying the area’s waste water.
This project included the integral design and detailed engineering of the thickening room.

WWTP Comillas and Ruiloba
(Cantabria, Spain)
The development of the plant was aimed at purifying the area's waste water.
The project included the WWTP integral design including civil form and specialised equipment.

WWTP Touat Gaz
(Adrar, Algeria)
A wastewater treatment plant was built for the Adrar hydrocarbon processing plant development project.
Basic engineering was performed, including the design of the site layout and the design of interconnection piping between the different equipment.

WWTP Polan-Guadamur
(Toledo, Spain)
The plant was developed for the treatment of wastewater from the towns of Polán and Guadamur.
In this project, the complete design of the plant was carried out, including the design of specialized equipment such as decanters, the design of the piping systems and their stress calculation and the modular design of the racks.

WWTP La Reguera-Mostoles
(Madrid, Spain)
The plant was designed to treat water from the towns of Móstoles, Fuenlabrada and Alcorcón.
This project included the design and detailed engineering of specialized equipment such as decanters, piping systems and civil works.

WTP Ajofrin-Burguillos
(Toledo, Spain)
The plant was developed to cover the wastewater treatment needs for the towns of Burguillos and Ajofrín.
In this project, the complete design of the plant was carried out, including the design of specialized equipment such as decanters, the design of the piping systems and their stress calculation and the modular design of the racks.

Filtration system Bioparc Zoo
(Valencia, Spain)
The Bioparc Zoo in Valencia was developed as a replacement for the old Viveros Zoo.
In this project the integral design of the five filtration and pumping stations was developed including the design of a specific skimmer for the facility.

Effluent Treatment Plant for Repsol's refinery - C10 Project (Cartagena, Spain)
Within the renovation and expansion project of Repsol’s Cartagena Refinery, the new effluent treatment plant was developed.
The complete development of the plant was carried out including the design of all piping systems, prefabricated racks and the design of specialized equipment such as decanters, floats, sludge treatment system, thickeners…

Modular pilot plant for multi-membrane testing
(Spain)
The objective of the project was the development of a modular system for multi-membrane testing.
The integral design of the modular system was carried out in a 40ft container.
